Horizon

Although we may not be able to see the horizon, the awesome majesty of heaven can be reflected here on earth.

“Although we may not be able to see the horizon, the awesome majesty of heaven can be reflected here on earth.”

Sometimes we cannot see the future, where we are heading, or how it will all pan out. When we strain to see in the distance all we see is a grey fog, however, God’s will and purpose can be reflected in the here and now ‘on earth as it is in heaven’. We are simply called to mirror God’s life in the present, to reflect God’s glory, and be conduits for his love.

This photo was taken early morning, as the boat traversed a glassy sea, looking out from Cambridge Beaches, Bermuda. The beauty of the sea and sky were mesmerising and filled me with a sense of awe and wonder.

Stunningly beautiful!
Brings to mind the song, “What a beautiful name”

“Your hidden glory in creation, now revealed in you our Christ …”
