This week on Fab

Hello Fabbers!

I hope you’re well and happy. According to psychologists the first couple of weeks in January is the time when people are at their lowest, emotionally. Perhaps it’s coming down after the ‘high’ of Christmas, or the ‘disappointment’ of Christmas if you are struggling or alone? Perhaps it is the short days and the, often, terrible weather? Perhaps it is the seasonal flu and colds that seem to erupt? Well, if you find yourself feeling low, do reach out and we will do our best to be there for each other.

The past couple of weeks have been busy busy, and I wanted to finish my Christmas song, The Greatest Gift. If you’ve not seen the video, and you need a giggle, then you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8OS792ub6k

If you login to Fab, you will see I have added some social gatherings and worship times between now and June! Members are free to sign up for roles in worship and all Guests and Members are welcome to attend any of our online gatherings.

Last week, the set Sunday Bible reading was about the baptism of Jesus, and you can read or listen to this week’s Insight and podcast here:

https://fab.church/insights/what-is-going-on-at-jesus-baptism/

You can, of course listen on your favourite podcasting platform as long as it’s Apple, Spotify, or Amazon! Just click on the icons at the top of the Insight page.
This week’s Devotion is called Touch and how we need to be aware of touch and how we can use it to communicate to others something of the love of God. Again, you can read and engage with it here:
