Why do we need the armour of God?

I am so grateful for this weeks thought. I evangelized today when in a yoga class we spoke of working together and i told group about the bible reading and of helping protect eachother when vulnerable. A lady in class shared she was feeling vulnerable and was going to take the reading in Ephesians with her into her day.
